4. Live Chat and Mentoring Services
Our Service includes a live chat feature that allows users to connect with Hope Channel mentors for conversation, encouragement, and spiritual support. By participating in live chat, you agree to the following:

The live chat is intended for general spiritual and emotional encouragement only. It does not provide professional, medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

Hope Channel, Inc. and its mentors are not licensed counsellors or therapists. You should seek professional advice from qualified professionals for any such concerns.

Messages may be monitored or recorded for training, quality assurance, and safety.

Chat transcripts are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and deleted upon account deletion. Backup copies may persist up to seven (7) days.

You must use the chat respectfully and refrain from offensive, abusive, or unlawful behavior. We may suspend or terminate chat access for violations.

Any personal information shared during chats is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service, including the live chat, immediately and without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or the loss of any data resulting therefrom.6. Indemnification
