Chat transcripts are retained for the duration of the user’s account. Upon deletion of the user’s account, all associated chat history is permanently removed from our systems. Chat transcripts are not subject to automatic time-based deletion. Deleted data may remain in backup copies for up to 7 days before being permanently purged in accordance with our data retention and backup policies.

Usage and technical data may be retained longer for analytics and security purposes.

You can request deletion of your chat transcripts or any personal data at any time (see “Your Rights” below).
